How on earth is charging suitable for YUASA battery?

How to charge it properly? In theory, the smaller the charging current, the better. Because of the low current, the finer the crystals produced by the reaction, the more abundant the reaction, the more electricity can be stored. And the lower the current, the smaller the heating of the battery, the less easily the plate deforms, and the less chemical reactions inside the plate will occur, so that the useful substances will not fall off.

How much charging current will not damage the battery? At 10 hours charge rate, 100A batteries are charged with 10A current for 10 hours. If conditions permit, without time constraints, the charging time is slightly larger than the battery capacity/charging current, and the charging current can be reduced to less than 10 A. Energy storage inverters are generally charged by three-stage charging method, that is, larger current (10-hour charging rate) is used in the initial stage of charging.

With the increase of the battery voltage, the charging current decreases gradually, until the voltage reaches the stop voltage, it stops charging actively. Three-stage charging method: the first stage is fast charging, and the constant current charging stage is fast charging with the maximum output current of the charger. If it is a solar controller, the maximum power point of MPPT is used. In industry, the charging time depends on the battery capacity and the battery condition at the start of charging.

In the second stage of charging, the charging voltage of charger is stable, the charging quantity is added continuously, the battery voltage rises slowly and the charging current decreases; in the third stage of floating charging, the YUASA battery is basically overcharged, the charging current drops below the floating charge conversion current, and the charging voltage drops to the floating charge voltage.
