This is because the dry-charged electrode plate has been treated by antioxidant treatment, and the batteries manufactured are in full charge state, which can be loaded after adding liquid. The batteries of ordinary plates are in semi-full charge state without antioxidant treatment, and quite a number of substances are in semi-full charge state. It produces a lot of heat for the reaction of lead oxide with dilute sulfuric acid, so the temperature is very high. Sometimes in summer, the temperature is above 50 C, so manual cooling should be paid attention to when charging.
